Submissions
We are not taking submissions at this time.
The Brigham Young University Law Review publishes six issues per year. We welcome submissions from professionals and students attending J. Reuben Clark Law School. The Law Review does not accept submissions from student authors from other law schools. The Law Review does not accept hardcopy or mailed submissions.
Two Methods of Submission:

- Please submit article in Microsoft Word format
- Please include CV, resume, and cover letter

Publication Decisions:
Publication decisions are usually made within 2-4 weeks of the date a piece is received. Acceptance or rejection letters are sent by e-mail shortly thereafter.
Expedited Review:
Requests for expedited review should be sent by e-mail to lawrev@byulaw.net. The person requesting an expedite should include the author's name, phone number, e-mail address, the name of the journal that has offered publication, and the date by which an answer is requested. Between late April and late August, we will only consider requests for expedited review if an electronic version of the author's piece is attached to the e-mail request.
